About Smeceres sils Sports and Recreation Centre
Nordic ski and biathlon centre in hilly terrain at Lazdona parish near Madona, developed since the 1980s, with an electronic range meeting IBU standards. Hosted the IBU Junior Open European Championships in February 2023, IBU Junior Cup rounds in 2026 and 2027, and the 2026 Rollerski World Championships.
