About the event
The IBU Cup stage in Beitostolen (Norway) takes place 23 – 27 Nov 2016 with 6 races: Men's 10km Sprint, Women's 7.5km Sprint, Men's 10km Sprint, Single Mixed Relay, Mixed Relay 2x6 + 2x7.5km and Women's 7.5km Sprint.
About Beitostølen Skistadion
Cross-country and biathlon arena in Øystre Slidre municipality at 820 m, comprehensively modernised in 2009, with a 30-lane shooting range, 12.5 km of homologated trails (7.5 km with artificial snow) and room for about 5,000 spectators. It hosted a Biathlon World Cup round in the 2004/05 season, regular IBU Cup rounds including the 2016/17 season opener, and stages the annual Norwegian season opener (Beitosprinten).
