About the event
The IBU World Cup stage in Canmore (Canada) takes place 3 – 7 Feb 2016 with 6 races: Men's 10km Sprint, Women's 7.5km Sprint, Men's 15km Mass Start, Women's 12.5km Mass Start, Single Mixed Relay Competition and Mixed Relay 2x6 + 2x7.5km.
About Canmore Nordic Centre
Built for the 1988 Calgary Olympics (biathlon, cross-country, Nordic combined) at the foot of Mount Rundle in Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park, redeveloped in 2005; the range has 30 lanes with electronic targets, holds an IBU A licence and regularly hosts IBU World Cups; also the national training base of Biathlon Canada.
